Refund policy

At Michael Vireo, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below for digital products and coaching services.

Digital Products: Templates, Guides, and Tools
We offer a 10 days return policy for templates, guides, and tools. This means you have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.

To request a return, please contact us at michaelvireo@outlook.com with your proof of purchase and a brief explanation of your request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Coaching Services
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
